Osimhen Can Wear Rasidi’s Shoes Comfortably

Victor Osimhen
Victor Osimhen gave it his all against Ghana on Tuesday. He was in a class of his own as he struggled to convert half chance to beautiful goal.
I saw in him a combination of Marco Van Basten, the voracious Dutch, AC Milan striker and our own Rasidi Yekini.
When other Super Eagles quietly left the pitch after their disappointing game, fans would not allow Osimhen to go, they ran after him in appreciation of his great performance,
It happened on a day Osimhen was announced the Serie A player of the month. He is a hardworker.
His disallowed goal would have stood during the time of Rasidi Yekini when VAR was not in use. It’s quite unfortunate that Osimhen has come at a period the Super Eagles have got no strong midfield.
He is a world class material that will break into any team across the world, including that of Argentina, Brazil and Germany. Osimhen is good, so so good.
Of course Yekini was dangerous, Osimhen is a more quality player than him. My person judgement though. Like Rasidi, Osimhen also has height, speed and clinical finishing with a lot of skills at his age
He was never caged. He was a delight to watch yesterday but so unlucky. Well done Osimhen. We know we have a striker.
